do you think public facilities plays a big role in enhancing development analyse its impact
Answers
I think that public facilities are very much useful for the development of a country.
1)Public facilities like playgrounds n parks enable the people to spend their time without spending money, as in case of Clubs and private grounds.
2)Public facilities like water help the poor and save their money too.
So i guess that there many more such public facilities that help the people to save their income. So, as income is one imp. factor in development, so is expenditure. So people can spend less and earn more. Thus the savings can be used for their children's education which will lead to country's development.

Answer:
Public facilities are those facilities which are not possible for any individual to access at economic cost, so government provides such facilities to the public to ensure quality of life and for development of the country.
Four major facilites given by government are as follows:
1) Basic education: Government provides school and allied educational facilities like playground, furnitures of the school, etc. which are enjoyed by all.
2) Basic health facilities: Government provides hospitals, vaccine programmes to maintain basic quality of life.
3) Law and order facility/security: Government provides police outposts, police stations for maintaining security of the public and it also protects the interest of its citizens by the state laws.
4) Public distribution system: Government opens PDS shops it ration shops through which basic food items like rice grain, wheat, pulses, etc. are distributed at subsidised rate to the list income group or poor people. Functioning of these facilities are dependent on the community awareness and public cooperation.
