Yes but in very limited quantity only and for those who are marked as Below Povert Line Only .
As you can see that INDIA has a very difficult past due to the colonisation era of British. They looted people and thus a section of society always faced ignorance and then the Upper Caste Hindus too divided people in Untouchables and Dalits . That's why they should get an opportunity now .
On Contrast to it , I would even say Reservation System should only be applicable to those who are still facing struggle and not to those who are already privileged.
Government should conduct a strict law for it for betterment of the whole society .
We'll take an example,
AIIMS Delhi Indian's One of the best Medical College
Has All together about 100 seats in a classroom
Out of which only 50 are for General People and Other 50 are for ST , SC, OBC , Specially Abled. Yes there should be reservation but here the nations top scorer from rank 51 to 100 gets no opportunity even after competing with more than 17 lakh people .
