According to me it does. India needs to develope faster and more efficiently. But India has to build limited factories as we know the present situation in Delhi. It should not only concentrate on some prominent cities but should have an equal no.of factories all over the countries. But my answer is on the positive side. Yes, it will help India in reality to be industralized.

But you need " Factories " for making any single thing. But you are cotrect at your ponit . We need to focus on elctronics but at the same time be head to head with other nations.
