Do you think that clothes show personality of a person or do people judge each other by their appearance or clothes ?

I won't say it only matters but I would say it also matters because studies have shown that general people prefer people who are well dressed than others.Especially during interviews,dressing really matters.But I myself believe in the quote "Don't judge a book by its cover"!!
