Do you think that in the near future, anything like Bluetooth can replace USB’s for long-distance connectivity with the same data transfer speed and other features of USB? Any solid reasons

Answer:

Bluetooth cannot be used to transmit data over a long distance as Bluetooth only provides connectivity between two or more devices within the 10m of distance which is not enough as compared to USB.

Bluetooth 3.0 and 4.0 can achieve greater speeds of up to 24 MB/second, on the other hand, USB 2.0, allows for transfer speeds of up to the 60 MB/second.

But as the technologies are growing very fastly the web sockets and other server systems can be used to transfer data.
