no i dont think that probably malls are mindless constructions as they are a great department for economic  development of the society .they give employement to thousands of people whether they are skilled or not .they also set up shops and offices in which career facilities are provided.they are also ,you can say, a place of attraction for the tourists who come from a huge distance and are interested in shopping.they also contribute in the infrastructural development of the nation and also they are so much planned by well qualified engineers,architects and proffesionals from around the globe .many malls in the world are the epitome of engineering.
