Do you think that national affluence can be considered as an index for the development of the masses? support your answer with examples from the story.hunger by nasira sharma.

According to me national affluence cannot be considered as an index for masses.This is because national level data shows the overall development and losses of the country and does not reach the the ground level to show the difficulties faced by the people living on the ground level i.e.the poor people.
