Vermicompost is better than compost due to its higher nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, and its ability to improve the soil structure, and to increase its water-holding capacity. Vermicompost is ideal organic manure for better growth and yield of many plants.

Answer: Both vermicomposting and traditional composting will allow you to turn organic material into nutrient-rich soil. And both of them have their advantages. Traditional composting needs constant turning, but vermicomposting does not. Vermicomposting cannot manage large volumes of waste, but it is faster.
