SHGs is self help group in the group all the members form together and create a bank account in a bank after ,every month all the members will pay 100-250 rupees in the bank. If any member of SHG group need money there can take loan from the bank. ... the group will ensure that loans are paid back by its members.

The loan taken by SHGs are helpful to the members as they don't have to put anything as collateral. And if any memeber fails to repay the loan to the bank the other members of the bank who are succesful in there buisness can repay it in the behalf of that person.
