Women traditionally had the role of domestic chores and the well keep of the family. Nowadays when women have stepped up and are at par with men, they still have the traditional role with them. They are expected to manage work and home single handedly without any help from their male counterparts. This leads to many women feeling overburdened. When women are contributing in the family income, it becomes the duty of the man to contribute in the domestic chores.

Women are not overburdened. It's just a stupid thinking of people especially head if the that is male. It's true that there are many ritual and customs which prefer the man highest. But it's really bad. Now at the present time there are some family which think this too. They are just excepted to household work and taking care of their babies. And I think so this thinking must be changed by the youth.
