Hello sunshine, so here's the answer Yes , the poet is close to achieve his dream because in the poem he is saying that he will arise and go now to Innisfree it is showing how determined and strong willed he is to go to Innisfree . He has also planned that he will build a small cabin of clay and wattles . He has also made preparation for his food he will grow nine rows of beans . He is saying he will go now and spend his rest of the nights and days of his life there in the lap of nature in a calming atmosphere. Even when he is standing on the roadway , he can feel and listen to the sound of lake water by the shore.
