do you think the reorganization of states on the basis of language justified?explain

Yeah,offcouse it is justified because if we division wasn't done it could take the most aggressive form of riots and internal conflicts which could even take form of civil war as happened in Sri Lanka.now when states are organised on the basis of languages they feel special in themselves and didn't bother a lot for languages.
