ANSWER:

Yes. To a great extent today’s schools are like Fox’s school. The education imparted is more to do with knowledge sets than skill sets. Hence children are forced to learn what they do no have an aptitude for. More importance is given to degrees and marks rather than in developing the talent and passion which each child has within himself.  

This has led to the children mechanically learning things without applying the skill sets they have, mainly with the objective of obtaining marks. If the talent within each child is nurtured and education is based on that, children will blossom well.
