do you think the tortoise is a folish creature for not boasting over his victory? if not why?

Because he was not proud because of his victory like for example so many gods came on earth before millions of years ago and Jesus Christ was insulted by so many people and at last when he got victory then he also didn't became proud of his victory. So the tortoise was not foolish.
