In my opinion, their verdict fell directly in line with what we perceive as the evils of colonialism, specifically, moving out the native people of a country and continuing to expand.... encroaching on boundaries, and changing the rules along the way because the group being encroached upon doesn't have the educational background to understand what's really happening. What it comes down to is the powerful against the powerless. The members of the commission are chosen to "hear" complaints; their decisions are based upon what is best for themselves and their agenda.
