Answer:

Solution:

The verdict by the commission of inquiry was on the expected lines of the evils of the colonialism. The commission gave its verdict in a much-biased way. The motive of the commission was to move out the man who represent the native people in order to make space for the animals who represent the colonizers. Although the elephant has invaded the man's hut illegally, still the man was asked to find another space to build his hut. As expected, the judgement was in favour of the elephant because all the members on the Commission were representatives from the elephant’s side. Moreover, none of the jungle representatives cared for justice. They were all selfish and hypocritical people, just as the jungle king lion himself was.
