दरअसल सफेद रंग को स्वच्छता को प्रतीक माना जाता है इसके अलावा यह रंग ईमानदारी, पवित्रता और ईश्वरत्व का प्रतिनिधि भी है और डॉक्टरी के प्रोफेशन में ये सारी चीजें बहुत मायने रखती है यही कारण है कि डॉक्टर या उनसे जुडे सारे कर्मचारी सफेद कलर का कोट पहनते हैं
