Bread is a common product that is consumed daily by people in various parts of Ghana. It is consumed both for domestic and commercial purposes. Most people consume bread usually as breakfast and also served in hospitality businesses. The study seeks to assess the challenges that bread makers encounter in their operations in the Tamale Metropolis of Ghana and to identify recommendations for improvement of both production and consumption.
