There is no resemblance between our deshi cow and Jersey except that both are cow.Milk of deshi cow contain better A2 variety of beta caesin protein, the quality proteins that improve physical and mental growth. Jersey may produce milk more in quantity but low in quality having inferior A1 casein protein .
