yes ,There will be condensation of water on the outside of the tumbler, similar to dew on grass. The phenomenon occurs because the water vapour in the air condenses on the outside surface of the tumbler due to a localised heat transfer, reduction of temperature and consequent reduction in the saturated vapour pressure at a given temperature.
