NO,

all social difference do not lead to division it always depends upon the type of difference, if the difference is cross cutting then the division would not stand like in the case of Netherlands but if it is overlapping it causes deep social division like in the case of Northern Ireland.

Hey buddy... here's your answer....

All the social differences do not lead to social divisions.

Every social difference divide similar people from one another but unite every different people.

For example,Carlos and Smith were both Afro-Americans thus different from Norman who was an Australian (white) but all of them were athletes who stood against racial discrimination.

Thus,we all have more than one identity and can belong to more than one social group.We have different identity in different contexts.
