does anyone knows about spirits,spiritual world, meditation, our existence, third eye and astral journey?

Some Criticized people said that there is no existence of such thing or another world.
But the religions explain the such things....

- ❤Meditation is another way to get control over our soul.....
- ❤In Hindu religion it is written that the God "Brahma","Vishnu","Mahesh" are the God of living means they give birth to us.....

{i really swear that to answer this question i wont copy a single word from google, this is my knowledge about spirituality}
We are not a part of this world we are the part of THE ONE BEING (God).
To make this concept more clear there is a story :D
All the souls were living peacefully in the great ocean of love - With the God
the one being wanted to feel the love , the love of his souls
He made this beautiful world and told the souls that he had made a
beautiful place for them...
THE One being ordered each and every soul to go to that place.
Many souls were excited and wanted to go to that place but some were
really sad, you know, really sad (i guess i m one of those :D) and didnt
wanted to leave the one being. the God told them all that he would be
calling them soon from their and so every soul came here in THE WORLD
Now the tragedy here is that when we all came here we forgot the ONE
BEING n Even those souls forgot about him who were crying
at that time and this was because this world was so beautiful.
TheOneBeing became really sad as he sended us here to feel
his own love but we forgot him and got busy in our works in this world
=) SO , now i guess you got my point , we do not really exist in this world and are not the part of this world

Question arises how to go back?
for this it is said that we need a ''Puran Guru''
we need a teacher in every stage of life, from our childhood till
our adulthood and so, to go into the path of spirituality we need
a guru , who will teach us how to go their.
The path is really beautiful and my words really cant express it.
Have you ever realized that when we close our ears we hear
voices of wind blowing, waterfall falling , voice of flute etc . these
voices are known as
Shabad which are constantly ringing in our ears and are calling us back in
astral plane.
If you want to go back u need to do meditation but terms and conditions
here are that you have to do it under your guru.
