Magnetic field doesn’t depends upon the type of current but it’s a fundamental property of moving charges, since AC or DC both currents are produced due to relative motion of charges, so yes every moving charge generate magnetic field.
But intensity of magnetic field depends upon the charge, that is more high the charge on more will be the magnetic field.
