Let's take an example for understanding this concept.....

Suppose u eat some oily samosas..., chocolates....

U eat these things because these are very tasty....

But this is your desire......but after that these things will give you food poisoning...., low immunity....

And many stomach problems......

On the other hand....u don't want to eat Salad....but actually it gives u better immunity.....
