Diffused reflection does not mean the violation of laws of reflection. As it follows laws of reflection on small extent, if you measure it.

But, by our actual sensing, if seems that it does not follow.

Actually, it follows on the small extent.

It you measure angle of reflection and angle of incidence on small extent, they are equal.
