does double fertlilization takes place in every flower of plant if yes then why there are seeds without endosperm ( exalbuminous) where is the endosperm in these seeds why these dont have endosperm

No double fertilisation does not takes place in all plants.Some examples like pea and bean they does not have endosperm.all monocots have endosperm. Exception is orchid. And all discots are non-endospermous exception is CASTOR.
