Twins are derive from just one fertilizd egg which contains one set of genetic instructions formed from combining the chromosomes of mother and father. But experience shows that identical twins are rarely completely the same. Any differences between twins had largely been atributed to environmental influences. If they were twins from very closely related parents, obviously that probability would go up significantly.
