No life span does not relate with size.Because life span depends on the metabolism.This can be well understood by example of crow and parrot which have approximately same size but have large difference in life span.
Crow has 15 years but a parrit has 140 years.

yes, the life span related to the size as when the body size increases then the body age is also increasing
