no because protoplasm means cytoplasm+nucleoplasm

Samu731: Nope, protoplasm is actually enclosed inside the cell membrane, cell membrane is not the part of protoplasm, protoplasm is simply composed of nucleus nd cytoplasm, we can simply say that, Cytoplasm + Nucleus = protoplasm
