Yes there is reservation in Parliament for castes in India. Before the 15th Lok Sabha elections (2014) there were 79 seats reserved for schedule castes and schedule tribes in Lok sabha. In 15th Lok Sabha election 11 more constituencies were reserved for lower castes and thus the number increased to 84.

In constituencies reserved for lower castes, only the candidates from lower castes are allowed to fight election and enter into Lok Sabh as Parliament members. It clearly shows there is reservation in parliament for castes.
