Does paytm charge money from wallet to bank account

no,not yet paytm is still doing it for free.The reason behind it is that they are trying to make there customer base the only way of making money for them is through selling products on paytm and getting commission from companies.

• Choose to add money via Credit/Debit card, Net Banking or UPI.
• Enter the amount you want to add and tap on 'Add Money'
• You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide payment details.
