Yes, playing fair moat of the times puts a player in great distress because showing sportsman -spirit sometimes may lead paths of misunderstanding and trolls to famous players.
We have seen an example in the movie
'Chak De India' where Sharuk Khan was accused to be a cheater as he just shook hand with the Pakistani player.
But this does not happen in today's time. We saw a live example in the match between Pakistan and India where Yuzwendra Chahal tied the shoe lays of a Pakistani batsman.
