To be precise your question is very sensitive I mean the atmosphere goes on thinning as we move up thus there are very less atoms or molecules up in the atmosphere as we go Higher and higher, at some point we break out from the Earth's atmosphere and enter into a vaccum. But it's not easy to make out that break out point so it's not an easy task to answer accurately
