Does sugar turns into alcohol..yes that why.and no..that why not??

yes.... sugar turns into ethanol(alchol) because of the fermentation ... If you don't add extra sugar, yeast and other fermenting microbes which are biota of the fruit will grow and breakdown the sugar within the fruit into alcohol.No matter what, they will have their way.
