no density of material does not depend on temperature because density is equal to mass into volume and density does not depend on temperature so I don't think so that 2 density of a material changes with respect to the temperature here but its atom can change because on heating material expand and on cooling it contract so slightly in can differ but not more

Yaa if we increase the temperature than the density will be decreases
because
molecules gain kinetic energy due to heat and so move out from the material
