Yes, because they have mass, but it is so weak that they won't experience it....... Along with that if there is another astronomical body near them there will be no force

Yes , the force of gravitation does exist between two astronauts in space, as everybody in the world posess gravitational force but the magnitude of the force depends on the mass of the body, so the force between those two astronauts will be very, very, very weak but the force still would exist.
