Does the frequency of sound affects loudness of sound or if there is any relation between loudness and frequency of sound?

Loudness of Sound is defined in terms of decibels.

Loudness is affected by the amplitude(or intensity) of the sound waves.
Loudness is the property by virtue of which a large sound can be distinguished from the faint one,provided both have the same pitch and quality.
L=K log I;
where I is the intensity of the sound wave.
Loudness is calculated in decibel(dB).
L=log₁₀(I₁/I₀)bel
L=10 log₁₀(I₁/I₀)decibel(dB).
