does the growth of hair is effected by our diet and if then how ??

factors affects on their growth, from the
ageing of gene.



Your diet can plays an important role
in the health of the hairs. The main factors that
affects on the growth and appearance of the
hairs is your daily nutrition.



Our hairs are 2nd fastest growing
cells in the body. There are about 120, 000
hairs are present on your scalp today.



The problems of hairs and scalp are
arises due to the difficiency and excess of the
nutrients from your diet.



Example :

The difficiency of iron causes hair loss
and more amounts of vitamin A also causes
hair loss.



CONTENT OF DIET :


(1) EGG :

The egg plays important role in your
hair loss problems because egg contains high
amount of vitamin B and vitamin Biotin.


Biotin is important in the growth of the hairs.
Nutrients such as iron, zinc and omega-6 all
helps in healthy growth of hairs which are
found in the egg.

(2) PROTEIN :

Protein act as a promotor in the
production of the strong and healthy hairs.
We can get more amount of protein from the
pulses.



(3) SPINACH :

We know that spinach is a good
source of iron, vitamin A, vitamin C and also
good for protein. These all factors helps to
fight against the hair loss problems.


The leafy vegetables are also important in the

(4) SWEET POTATO :

The sweet potato mostly contains the
vitamin A. Due the difficiency of the this causes
dry and brittle hairs. But their large amount of
vitamin A can cause hair loss.
