Hey there! here is ur answer-
Liquid nitrogen vaporises quickly as it is poured outside of the closed container or left in open. And after vaporating it mixes with air in atmoshere and looses it's coolness but if we keep it in a air tight jar/bottle there is no chance for it to loose it's coolness.
