Yes, they will be added. 20 marks are for your internal assignment while 80 are for your boards. You have to score 20 on 20 in each subject if you want 90+ percentage in your boards. This is not a very difficult task , you just need to submit your notebooks and assignments on time and if you are quite good at studies then teachers might even give you grace marks.
