Clean environment is necessary for people to lead a healthy and safe life. Every person needs clean, water to drink, clean air for breathing and clean environment to live in. The laws of the country are made for protecting the health of the people which is of utmost importance. It entails the protection of the people from hazardous substances and the also the harmful effects of burning crackers which pollutes the environment
