Hi there !!

Speed of Sound depends on the medium through  which they travel

Here the medium of both the sounds is air.

The speed of sound does not depend on pitch or loudness

Hence , the sound of an exploded cracker in air will travel with the same speed as that of the sound  produced by a humming bee.

The speed of sound which is being produced only depends on the type of medium. It not depends on its loudness, pitch or amplitude. So, the speed of sound which is produced by exploded cracker will be same as of the speed of sound produced by the humming bee.
