indirectly the government take our consent for the decision making but directly reorder not able to advise the government for decision to make if any wrong decision is made by the government the common man can go against the government in the supreme court or can show their sadness by protest titles barriers etc

Yes, my nation does. This can also be called democracy. Democracy's exact meaning is that also taking the interests of the citizens of the nation for decision making. Therefore, India, my country takes consent of all their citizens in decision making. Though, in some cases it may not as most of us, citizens of India, are not literate enough to understand the situation. So that is an exception.(i am sorry if it wasn't well explained, I just wrote what I had in my mind)
