❤Answer :-
1.Working principal of a transformer:-
When an AC input is given in the primary coil, the whole iron core becomes strongly magnetize with alternating polarity. So the magnetic field lines keep changing their directions continuosly as it is an AC input. So the secondary coil keeps cutting these field lines, hence an EMF is produced and current passes in the secondary coil even though not having connection with primary coil.
2.Ideal transformer :-
Its power input is equal to its power output. It's does not have any power loss so it's 100%efficient.
Q.1) What is tropism? 2
Ans: The growth response of a plant to a directional stimulus is called tropism.
Q.2) What is positive tropism? 2
Ans: If the response is towards the direction of the stimulus is called positive tropism.
Q.3) What is negative tropism? 2
Ans: If the response is away from the direction of the stimulus is called negative tropism.
Q.4) What is a coleoptile? 2
Ans: A coleoptile is a protective sheath that covers the first leaves of a cereal seedling.
Q.5) What is Auxin? 2
Ans: Auxin is a type of hormone. It influences growth and development of plants .
Q.6) What is pollination? 2
Ans: Pollination is a process by which plants can produce their generation. In pollination pollen grains are normally carried out either by wind or insects.
Q.7) What is self-pollination? 1
Ans: In pollination pollen grains are transferred from the anthers of a flower to the stigma. If this occurs within the same flower it is called self-pollination.
Q.8) What is cross-pollination? 1
Ans: If the pollen grains are transferred to a different flower, it is called cross - pollination.
Q.9) What is germination? 1
Ans: The growth of a new plant from a seed is called germination.
Q.10) What is Monocotyledon and Dicotyledon plants? 2
Ans: Monocotyledon plants: The plants which have only one cotyledon is called monocotyledon plants.
Dicotyledon plants: The plants which have two or more cotyledons is called dicotyledon plants.
