But, if we can approach every challenge, every responsibility with the intent to do the absolute best we can and have as much fun while we are at it so that simply carrying it out in itself becomes our reward and the outcome becomes irrelevant, we start pursuing excellence. And the added bonus? We are insulated from the headiness of success and the disappointment of failure.
