Subject: A serious need to ban plastic carry bags

Respected Sir/Ma'am

I wanted to express my request concerning an important issue that will no sooner become more serious.

Plastic has become a big threat to the well being of the environment. As you may already know, it takes about 1000 years for plastic to decompose! The use of plastic items such as plastic bags or polyethene is creating a serious danger to our surroundings. People have begun to throw these bags anywhere and everywhere which is polluting land and other organisms. Not only this, many drain pipes are blocked, causing a major issue in many areas. Despite so many awareness campaigns about not throwing plastic bags here and there and using paper or cloth bags, people continue to defy these simple instructions. The perfect solution to this problem is to ban the use of plastic bags!

Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I wanted to draw the attention of people and the one in authority towards this grave issue to help overcome this problem. I also request you to highlight the importance of not using plastic carry bags for food items such as sweets, meat or fruits.

Thanking you.

Yours faithfully

Christina

Plastic pollution does contain all three major types of infection, which are Air, Water, and Soil. And they must be banned to reduce pollution.

It also harms the life on our planet as it does damage to marine life, which decreased the number of sea animals.

And many dogs, cows are also eating because of dumping them irresponsibly on the street.

Burning plastic is again harmful to the air and atmosphere as it released toxic gases.

Again its production also releases harmful gases.

Due to harmful gases, it is hard to breathe outside and very tough for adolescent Children.
