I am against this statement because I think yes we need someone to look after the animals and to save the poor and helpless animals against cruelty and ensure that well being. i think like this about this because I think that today humans are not human when humans are not good with humans can we think that they can be good with animals.
case study may be about a dog which was trapped in a burning house and the officals saving it.....
