Be sure to include the date and time of the event, and ask if they are available. In the second paragraph, mention the book they`ve written that you`re interested in having them discuss during their visit. Add what it is about the book that fits with the programme you`re consulting them in regard to. Third paragraph, thank them for their time and ask for a response, include your address, email address, and phone number so they know how to contact you.
