Kindly use a sum of rupees twenty thousand for stationary and office supplies for the first quarter of  

the financial year. The needed things are advised to give prior importance and must be bought within the  

allotted fund. If the demand is more, kindly intimate it through company mail ID.

The division of fund must be 75% for stationary and 25% for office supplies.  

Appropriate bill for all sorts of buying is mandatory and must be submitted without fail.
