The message conveyed by the poem Ozymandias is that…Time spares none . Everything undergoes damage and loss with the ravages of time. Second message is that Ozymandias was drunk with power, pelf and authority , the welfare of his people was never his concern , and that's why , his statue lies broken, deserted and half-sunk in the sand . Therefore , one should learn to rule over the hearts of people with love and not by dominating them .

This poem tries to convey two important aspects of life.
One of the aspects is short life span of power and glory of a human being and another aspect is the sheer vastness of the mother nature. The poem conveys an message that everything in this world is time-bound and not immortal.
The meaning or themes of Percy Bysshe Shelley's poem “Ozymandias” are fairly straightforward and are also highly traditional. Basically, the poem reminds powerful people that their power is only temporary. However much powerful people may wish to think that their power is immortal, they are only deceiving themselves.
Your sad smile might convey more about your feelings than words ever could. You can also convey a message or information, which means that you communicate it to someone directly or indirectly through your words or actions. In law, the word convey means to transfer or pass property to someone.
